Our pricing varies with the square footage of the home and various other factors. These prices are a general outline and are subject to change, so always call with any questions. There will be no payment required until the day of the inspection, and all reports will be delivered the same day in most cases.
 

What happens after the inspection? You will always have access to us for any reason. Just because the inspection is over doesn't mean that I'm not your inspector anymore. You can always call with any questions or concerns you may have. I'll be here to answer them to the best of my ability. We serve the Central Texas area.

1,500-3,000 sq. foot..................$375.00-$450.00
3,000-4,000 sq. foot..................$450.00-$650.00
4,000-5,000 sq. foot..................$650.00-750.00
5,000-6,000 sq. foot..................$750.00-850.00

Add $100 for pier and beam foundations

Add $75 for homes built before 2000
