My name is Dave Jorgenson and I am your Professional Real Estate Inspector. I am licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission to perform home inspections, license #21123. After spending 24 years working in the hardwood lumber/custom moulding business, I was introduced to home inspecting several years ago by close friends who are veteran inspectors, and they encouraged me to pursue a career in the field. I was trained by the American Home Inspection Training Institute, a premier Home Inspection training organization recognized throughout the United States as a leader in home inspection training. I am not affiliated with any particular real estate company and I assure you that I will be unbiased and do my very best to make sure your home is inspected to the high standards specified by the Texas Real Estate Commission.
